Sales Tax of 7%, Hotel Lodging tax of 6% and a $100.00 housekeeping fee is required.
Payment Terms: Your credit card will be charged a deposit of 50% of the reservation fee.
Balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations made at least two weeks in advance will receive a full refund.
Less than two week’s cancellation notice will result in one day’s rent withheld
from your refund.
You must be 25 or older with the maximum of 6 occupants unless otherwise specified. Additional occupants will be charged
accordingly.
Any damages to the artwork or property, phone charges, lost keys, etc. will be billed to your credit card.
No smoking except on the porch.
Check-In is at 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise specified.
Check-Out is at 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to terminate a rental agreement if, in our opinion, the guest has violated the terms and conditions of this
Agreement.
Driving Directions:
· From I-95 go to I-16 and take I-16 east into Savannah. Travel approximately 3 miles.
· Exit on M.L. King, Jr. Blvd. Take a left at the bottom of the ramp.
· Continue on MLK until you reach Bay Street, less than half a mile. Take a right onto Bay Street.
· Get in the left lane and proceed through historical downtown Savannah until you come to East President Street.
· Take a left at that light. Stay on this road and it will merge into HWY 80 East. Enjoy the marshes on this drive of about 12 miles.
· HWY 80 East will bring you to Tybee Island. When you come over the Lazaretto Creek Bridge and see the Welcome to Tybee Island sign on the right, travel about 2 miles and turn left on Sixth Avenue North. The Cutest Little Cottage is the fourth house on the right.
